Terms and Conditions:

All prices are subject to the addition of VAT at the current rate.

Prices are per branch per month. To ensure fairness of scale, an eg a three-branch estate agency must purchase three subscriptions (please enquire about generous multi-branch discounts). 

​

A “Personal Agent” or “Self-Employed” agent (eg eXp, TAUK, TPE, etc) is regarded as a branch in this context. Please enquire about discounted "Personal Agent" rates.

This is a monthly contract with a minimum initial duration of 12-months. It may be cancelled with one month’s notice any time after the initial 11-months, and otherwise continues monthly thereafter until cancelled.

Payment must be made by Continuous Payment Authority on a debit or credit card. Please contact us if you prefer to set up a Standing Order with your bank.

All seminars are studio recorded, except in-branch Seminars and Seller Advice Evenings, which are in person.

The Sellers' Advice Evening included with the Premium package is subject to same-day delivery as the in-branch training.

REFUND POLICY: Due to much of the training and marketing material being provided at the outset, we do not offer free trials prior to purchase. (Sorry, but hopefully our many testimonies will provide you with reassurance from day one). In the same way, due to the intellectual nature of the material supplied, once received it cannot be returned and no refunds are given. You must therefore satisfy yourself prior to purchasing the minimum 12-month subscription that the service will be suited to your needs. Please read the many testimonials to provide reassurance about the quality of the material on offer prior to committing.

All material is © Copyright Rawlings Products Ltd, or © Copyright Richard Rawlings, but such copyright is waived in your favour during your subscription period when you may use any of the material supplied as you see fit, within an internal training or client-facing environment. It must not be offered outside your licensed branch/es, nor given/resold elsewhere.

Should you choose to cancel your subscription, then the copyright waiver is automatically withdrawn and no further use of any of the material supplied is permitted. Should it be discovered that material supplied is still in use (eg appearing on your website or sent to a client) after four weeks following your cancellation, then you agree to pay an amount equivalent to the subscription amount that would have been due had you not cancelled your subscription, including any intervening months’ amounts due.
